Cape Greco, (also refered to as 'Capo Greco' "Greek cape" in Italian) is a beautiful headland in the southeastern section of Cyprus. It is found at the south end of Famagusta Bay and is a part of the Ayia Napa Municipality. It is located between the towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa, both being popular tourist resorts. It is visited by people from all over the world for its natural stunning environment. Cape Greco is a protected nature park. According to local legend, it is also the home of the 'Ayia Napa sea monster'. To even begin to attempt describing Cape Greco and its sea caves is near impossible. This amazing place in Cyprus is nothing less than breathtaking. Mother Nature must be extremely proud of herself for creating this spectacular marvel! This one has to be seen to be believed and fully appreciated, so if you are holidaying in Cyprus you need to promise Cape Greco a visit. This will be one day in your life you will never forget and will talk about over and over!
The water sports available at Nissi beach are plentiful and exhilarating to say the least! For the adrenalin junkies amongst you why not paraglide behind a speed boat 100 feet above the water! Apart from gaining a spectacular view and soaring through the air like a bird your senses are seriously challenged as you do what humans were never supposed to do! Take off! For those of you who wish to remain as gravity intended, why not sit comfortably on a powerful jet ski and speed around the crystal clear waters with friends in the beaautiful warm sunshine? For those of you who prefer a less dangerous pursuit, you can enjoy the gentle floatation and relaxation of a gondular! I personally love the cool air hitting me in the face as I thunder across the water in the safety of a speedboat! Just the ticket on a hot day in paradise! When you visit Nissi beach a day enjoying the water sports should be added to your itenary if you can afford it, you certainly gain excellent value for money. Ayia Napa features no less than 12 excellent nightclubs. The Castle, River Reggae, Aqua, Black N White, Ice, Carwash, Starskys, Shuffle, Sin, Soho, Blue Moon and last but not least, Macronissos Beach Club! In Ayia Napa Most of the clubs will open around the 1am mark and close around 5am, apart from Club Aqua and River Reggae both of which remain open until well after sunrise. Almost every night from June through till August features superstar DJ's & top international club nights. Special events and parties fill most clubs to capacity during this period. Some clubs start to open as early as the beginning of April with some remaining open well into the month of November. A couple of clubs including Black and White usually open at weekends during Ayia Napa's winter months. Many clubs offer free entry when they first open and also during the low season (May-June & September-October) During The high season you can expect to pay up to €25 on the door to gain entry depending on what's going on on the night. All clubs run promotions and often offer discounted entrance tickets and some bars will give you free entry passes to many of the clubs as well.
Shorts and a vest are the normal dress due to the all year round hot weather. Ayia Napa is known to be a fairly casual type of place.. Anything goes usually, though so if you want to dress up smarter then of course you can do. Heels and Dresses for the ladies are not a usual sight in peak season but you do see smarter looking people earlier and again later in the season. Fancy Dress is also quite a common sight! One thing is for sure, you are guranteed a fun party night in Ayia Napa!

Close to all the cafes, bars & restaurants, the 1500AD Monastery, (The Ayia Napa Monument) the square doesn't seem like a square in the normal way you would expect to find in other tourist areas but it is well worth a visit! During the day is the best time if you have little ones and you just wish to enjoy the area and maybe have a bite to eat. This way you will avoid the enthusiastic crowd that invades this place in the night time. At night this place transforms into a young peoples' paradise with all the bars and clubs providing everything an 18-30 yr old could possibly need for a party night! At night you can find circus performers, fire eaters and people in fancy dress all over the place! There is a very lively carnival atmosphere with plenty of flesh on show! The Square is in the heart of the town and can be easily reached from Nissi Beach via Nissi avenue and Ayia mavris. If you prefer a quieter stay then we highly advise that you take one of our beautiful villas located away from the mayhemic noise of downtown Ayia Napa wich tends to party hard until well after sunrise!
For a very relaxing and pleasant day be sure to wander down to the old harbour. This busy marina has something for everyone. If you are a boat lover then there are plenty of boat excursions to take advantage of from here. The Marina is the central location for all trips around the Ayia Napa coastline. You will also see many people fishing here too. There is an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops you can choose to sit in to enjoy an authentic taste of Cyprus whilst taking in the fresh sea air. To gain a secondary view of the marina it is well worth booking one of the boat rides in order to go out to sea and look back at this majestic coastline! Apart from this, you will also gain fantastic views of the Mediterranean as you look along the coastline and view the many beaches that start from this point. You can also take advantage of the many water sports on offer from this marina if you have the energy to spare! And after your great day at the marina draws to a close why not visit one of the many gift shops and pick up that souvenier to always remind you of this remarkable experience! It may interest you to know that a second marina has been in development for some time in Ayia Napa. The construction of The consortium behind it is planning to finish the first part of the project on time – June 2019. One kilometre of the coastline between the Ayia Thekla and Makronissos beach has been fenced off and more than 200 workers have been working day and night transforming the area into an impressive marina complete with berths, services, commercial developments, villas and two towers.
